The word NOTA is related to elections and any citizen can use it by casting their vote. An EVM consists of a ballot unit, control unit and VVPAT machine and can hold the names of a maximum of 15 candidates and in a seat having 15 candidates for a parliamentary seat, NOTA is 16th.
