NCR Full Form is – National Capital Region

The National Capital Region (NCR) is a region that is betting on the capital of Delhi and infrastructure that is being established by linking it to the capital of Delhi.

From Delhi to the betting states of Haryana and Uttar Pradesh in the NCR, The districts of Rajasthan have been incorporated into the NCR area so that the Delhi government can have an equal impact on growth. Ghaziabad, Gurugram, Faridabad, Noida and Muzaffarnagar are among the NCR’s major cities. The National Capital Region includes these cities, as well as newly merged districts and Delhi (NCR).

All its states and districts, including NCR, produced $ 128.9 billion of GDP in 2011-12, a figure that was 7.5 per cent of India’s total GDP this year.

• The NCR is comprised of districts of the three adjacent countries – Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan and the capital city of India – under the NCR Act of 1985, the National Capital Region Plan.
• Delhi has a surface area of 1,484 km2 in the NCR. The country’s capital is 2.9% of the NCR.
• NCR areas are Meerut, Ghaziabad, Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Bulandshahar, Baghpat, Hapur, and Uttar Pradesh. Several areas also cover districts.
• Districts such as Faridabad, Haryana, Gurgaon, Rohtak, Mewat, Sonipat, Jhajjar, Rewari, Panipat, Mahendragarh, Palwal, Bhiwadi, Karnal and Jind are included in the NCR.
• Alwar and Bharatpur, both in Rajasthan, have been added to the NCR.
• NCR was extended to include three more districts in July 2013, including Mahendragarh and Bhiwadi in Haryana and Bharatpur in Rajasthan. The number of Samil districts in the NCR has now risen to 19.
• The state of Uttar Pradesh is now calling for the inclusion of districts such as Aligarh, Mathura, and Agra in the NCR.
• In 2011-12, all NCR regions created 128.9 billion US dollars in the gross domestic product (GDP) for the world, accounting for 7.5 per cent of Indian GDP.
